If you are already a parishioner:

 

Please confirm your continued membership by filling out the form you received and returning it.  If you did not receive one in the mail, please follow one of the options below.

 

If you are a Catholic, but not a parishioner:

 

Please register your membership by following one of the options below.  In the “Other suggestions/comments” box, let us know the name and address of the parish you are leaving.

 

If you are not Catholic:

 

Let us know your interest by following one of the options below.  In the “Other suggestions/comments” box, let us know that you “need RCIA” (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults).  The Pastor will contact you with more information.  Meanwhile, you are welcome to attend any of our services or other activities.

 

Options:

  • E-mail the office and request that a form be mailed to you.
